Q & A

In Europe, the rivers are drying up. What does this show?

Yes, you can see that everywhere, even in our adjacent river Berkel, the water has never been this low. The direct practical consequences are that we are now swimming in the aquatic plants. Physically that is a direct experience. But do we really understand what it means to dehydrate? How close is this in our own experience to never having enough or fearing lack? For me, this outer and inner experience and the mapping of the dry lakes and drying rivers cannot do without each other. We as humans feel we are lacking, although it may often be unconscious because we consider these feelings normal. We often feel threatened by the circumstances, which causes us to cramp our body, to deprive it. At that moment there can be no more movement from within. We need that movement from within to fulfill our Life; literal. IN us is a core, a core that is connected to the whole of Life. When we Live from this core and are therefore connected to the whole of Life, we are taken along in the movement of the source of Life. Our source of Life is Water. We don’t move along with this, we are so busy surviving outside, that we have forgotten our source and thus dry ourselves up. We see this in the drying up of the rivers, which is visible in the outside world.

To really go within yourself you need courage and perseverance. But if you understand the consequences for your life now and in the future, it is hopefully an incentive to at least do your best and to go and walk in the ‘right’ direction.
