Every year we reflect on the meaning of Pentecost. What does it really mean? I have to say that I find this party the hardest to understand and experience in such a way. What can I do with it in my daily life? However, that has changed this year. We will probably start again next year from a different angle, but at this moment Pentecost is starting to move a bit more in me. We are looking together on the internet what can be found about it. We discuss our past experiences. We check whether we understand something and how true or false all our knowledge and experiences are. Does it add anything at this point in our lives? In short, what do we have about the feast called Pentecost?
There is a lot to be found on the internet about Pentecost and then we, or I, will see what we can do with it now. The news is about the revival festival, which all gives impulses about what Pentecost can mean for us. Here you see that everyone gives it a different meaning in his or her daily life. This is always related to your consciousness at the time and the culture and social factors that play a role in your life. It’s strange for me to watch such a revival festival. Just as if you believe that by singing and dancing a lot, something comes into you from the outside. While in my experience you release something IN yourself that allows you to have an ‘energizing’ experience. Everything starts IN yourself otherwise free will would be nonsense. You open yourself up. Not to receive something from the outside, but to invite that which is already IN you to express in YOUR life. With this you develop your consciousness and grow from within. I generally don’t see people growing from this experience because they don’t realize this.
If you did realize this with a lot of people, I think the world would look very different. Then the Spirit of revival is actually nourished by the inner awareness of Life as a whole. And is it not an experience, but Life as an expression of your wish. I hope it is a bit challenging to try to understand what has been written above, because it expands your consciousness. Because we (everyone) celebrate Pentecost again every year, we can go to the meaning and experience of Pentecost and we create space in our consciousness. So it is with all religious festivals, where you stop to contemplate. What is the value and truth of Pentecost. No fixed flames, but an experience of movement through time. Where there is development of the ‘free’ Spirit. The Holy Spirit, the freedom of man to materialize the Spirit into a detailed expression of your desire.
In discovering Your inner worth towards your desire to Live, you are able to materialize your life as a Sacred place, a sanctuary in which you develop.
Pentecost represents receiving the Holy Spirit with flames coming from the sky and causing everyone to speak his/her own language. I want to give these aspects a value in my words and experience. Receiving the Holy Spirit seems to tell you something you can receive on the day of Pentecost. But what exactly is that and does praying and/or singing together help? What I have already written above is my experience not that something comes from above, but something that is already IN you that may be expressed in your own language, your own flame. You may ignite your flame from within, so that you know that there is something inside that you can ignite and with which you can create. I call that your wish and your rightful creativity, received at birth. You don’t have to do anything for that simply because it is already IN you. When you begin to express this desire or flame creatively, you are in the process of getting to know yourself and giving into the world. You are part of the whole. You are the one who can create, because you can be creative as a human being. You have the choice to form a detail of your wish. These are not new words. I just hope that the contents of the words awaken something IN you that we call enlightenment or awakening. That is not always the case. Most words are given and heard without realizing what they mean. As we grow in the words and in the experience of Pentecost to make it a Living whole. This is how we should also grow and realize our experiences in love in our humanity.
That the flames come from the sky is the breath we can breathe at birth to ignite the flame that lies within. This is the only way to start speaking your ‘own language’, in other words literally express yourself as a human being in order to be of service to the creation becoming more. This is possible because we as a whole have the same destination. Your detail is unmistakably part of the whole. Emanating from your desire and origin of life you are able to express yourself in and as the whole. Pentecost: The fertile soil of every human being!
